It is our pleasure to share with you the rewards of our efforts. A lot of work has gone into the success with our sheep but it has never seemed like work. It is an enjoyment for our family to get together, preparing for a show. This also offers an opportunity to teach our children the responsibility of taking care of animals. Our children learn, by working with and showing our sheep. They enjoy this very much and are constantly asking when we are going to the next show. |

We attended the 2000 Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival and had a good year. We were fortunate to win Reserve Champion Ewe and placed well in other classes. Our goal this year was to display educational information on the rare breeds we raise. We were presented with the "Shepherds Award". It was great honor to win this award for this effort. Photos  |
